Spearheaded event organization and workplace relations for over 250 Norris student staff in communication and collaboration with professional staff across over 15 departments to evolve existing events for the current student workforce, increasing attendance by 25%.
Led and adapted new student hire onboarding, in classroom and individual settings, to facilitate assimilation into the workplace, policy awareness, and emergency procedure preparedness through a new interactive activity-based training model.
Designed and curated workplace email newsletter informing employees of upcoming events and reminders, building workplace community, and maintaining open communication with and between all Norris employees through the addition of photo contests, promotion of student group performances, and recognition opportunities for both student and professional staff.
Crafted a unique brand identity for each annual Norris event, creating logos, presentations, informational graphics, and event decor which supported a cohesive vision. Also designed and implemented several staff recognition programs for digital and physical display throughout the building.
